Ingredients
- 1 box lg. pasta shells
- 2 pkgs. chopped spinach slightly cooked & drained good
- 2 15oz. containers ricotta
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 24oz. jar of marinara sauce
- coarse salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ricotta, spinach, parmesan salt and pepper. Fill shells and pour sauce over top. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 400° on top rack about 15-20 min. Switch oven to broil and brown 2-5 mins.
Optional -add Italian sausage about 1 lb. to spinach mixture.
