Ingredients
- C whole wheat flour
- 1/2 C rolled oats – pulverized to powder in blender
- 2 T wheat germ
- 1 T ground flax seed
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 t cinnamon
- 2 1/2 C low fat milk
- 3 egg whites- beaten
- 1/3 C canola oil
- 1 t pure vanilla extract
- 1 T honey

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients together (flour through cinnamon).
In separate bowl, combine next 5 ingredients together (milk through honey).
Add milk mixture to flour mixture.
Cook on lightly oiled pan or griddle.
Enjoy!
NOTE: For a healthier dessert – top with whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Serving size: 2 – 4”pancakes
