Lemon Cake Cookies

These delicious lemon cake cookies from Carrie Smith are delicious and super easy to make!

Ingredients

• 1 box lemon cake mix
• 2 1/4 cup cool whip
• 1 egg
• Powdered sugar, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the cake mix, scoop whip and egg together well

Spoon by the tsp-full onto sifted powdered sugar and roll to coat

Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 until brown
