Ingredients

  • 2-1/4 flour, divided
  • 1 packet Fleishmann's Rapidrise Yeast
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup very warm water
  • 3 tablespoon oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar and salt in large bowl. Add water and oil to dry ingredients and mix together until well blended. Gradually add remaining flour until dough forms a ball.

Spoon dough onto floured surface. Knead dough until it is smooth and elastic; about 4 minutes. Cover with kitchen towel and let rest for 10 minutes.

Roll out dough, transfer to a greased pizza pan or simply press dough into greased pan. Top with pizza sauce, cheese and toppings.

Bake in preheat oven 425 oven on lowest rack for 12-15 minutes; until the crust browns.
