Ingredients
- Variation for cinnamon rolls:
- 5 cups flour
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 rounded teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Place flour, yeast, salt, sugar and baking powder in mixing bowl; blend. Mix milk, butter, water and oil in microwave proof bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Pour hot liquids directly in mixer bowl while mixer is running. Mix on high till well blended. Knead abou 3-4 minutes. (Don't need to change to dough hook.) Place dough in covered bowl and refrigerator at least 3 hours. Turn out on floured board and roll to about 1/2 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees until browned.
