Ingredients
- 4 cups white chicken meat cut into bite size pieces
- 2 stalks chopped celery
- 2 tbsp. minced garlic
- 3 large chopped carrots
- 1 tbsp. dried minced onions
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 1 bag of egg noodles
- 12 cups of Swanson chicken broth
- 1/2 tp dried marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1
In a large stock pot, saute celery and garlic in butter
Add chicken, carrots, broth, bouillon cubes, dried minced onions, marjoram, black pepper, bay leaf, parsley and salt (simmer for 10 minutes)
Add noodles,and simmer for 10 more minutes or until noodles are done.
NOTE: I use Country Time egg noodles or another good noodle to use is a package of frozen noodles they also taste great.
