GROUND - Korean Beef Bowl (Actifry)
By Unblond1
08/01/17 - This was great for both. Makes a mess of the paddle but as long as you soak it right away, it's fine.
15/11/17 - UPDATE - I used 8 ounces of ground pork and 8 ounces of ground turkey and I served it over Jasmine rice, topped each serving with some green beans that I'd roasted at 450 for about 40 minutes. VVG again (although I think this made an even bigger mess of the paddle)

Preparation
Step 1
In a small jar, shake together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, Gochujang and dried ginger.
Add oil, fresh ginger and garlic to ActiFry air fryer pan and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add ground beef and cook for 15 minutes. (I cooked it for about 25 minutes before adding the sauce and it was just on the edge of overdone. Try spending a little more time breaking the beef up when you put it in) Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in soy sauce mixture and green onions until well combined, about 2 minutes.
Serve immediately, over rice, udon noodles or spaghetti noodles, garnished with additional green onion, cilantro and sesame seeds, if desired.
