Ingredients
- 1 lb of shelled and deveined shrimp
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup thai sweet chili sauce
- 3-5 drops hot chili sauce
- 1/2-3/4 cup of cornstarch. To coat shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix mayo and sauces for coating
2. Bread shrimp with cornstarch
3. Deep fat fry the shrimp until golden brown
4. Drain on paper towel and put shrimp in bowl with sauce
5. Serve in a lettuce lined bowl with chopped scallions
