Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon - cut into 1/2" pieces
  • 3/4 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes/with chilies
  • 1 jar (12 0z.) home-style beef gravy
  • 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn

Preparation

Step 1

Cook bacon until cooked, but not crisp. Add beef and onion; sprinkle wit h salt, pepper, and spices. Cooke 4-6 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, gravy, and chili sauce. Heat to boiling. Add potatoes and carrots. Cover and cook over medium-low for 50-60 minutes. Stir in corn. Cook uncovered 10-15minutes longer.
