Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Dillon’s The White Rye or Appleton's Spice Rum (my substitution)
- 4 dashes Dillon’s DSB Bitters
- 1 tsp. maple syrup (medium colour is recommended)
- 3 oz. fresh pressed apple cider

Preparation
Step 1
Fill rocks glass with ice.
In a cocktail shaker, combine Dillon’s The White Rye, maple syrup, apple cider and bitters. Shake and strain into glass.
Garnish with a slice of dried apple and serve.
Alternately, serve gently warmed.
