Spinach Crust Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 - 10 oz pack frozen spinach, thawed & drained (squeeze really good)
• 2 eggs
• italian seasoning
• crushed pepper
• salt
• pizza sauce
• toppings of choice

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare spinach by draining and squeezing really well.
Beat eggs and add them to spinach.
Season as desired with italian seasoning, crushed paper and salt.
Spread on an oiled cookie sheet that has been lined with tinfoil.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Then run a spatula under to loosen and flip over. Bake till set, approximately another 10 minutes.
Add sauce, toppings and cheese. Put back in the oven until cheese is melted!
