Ingredients
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef or ground turkey
- 1.5-2 large onion, chopped (2 cup)
- 2 stalks celery
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 jalapeno
- 2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 2 teaspoon unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce (siracha)
- 3 cans (14oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can chili beans, undrained
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 c. juice from cooked chicken (optional)

Step 1
Brown meat with onion. Drain and add to crockpot along with all other ingredients except beans. Cook on high for 3 hours. Add beans, cook another 2 hours. Or just do it all together for as long as you want.
