Ingredients
- 3 c. baby carrots
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla EVOO or Orange EVOO
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. *Fig Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tsp. Honey

Preparation
Step 1
1. Steam carrots for 6 minutes.
2. Heat EVOO in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté carrots for 2 minutes. Stir in balsamic and honey. Mix to coat and serve
