Salmon Shell Cassarole

Ingredients

  • 1 c. uncooked pasta shells
  • 1 can 7 3/4 oz. salmon
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. instant non fat milk
  • 1/3 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1 tsp. worchestire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 c. frozen peas
  • 1 jar pimentos
  • 1 can 2.8 oz of French fried onions

Preparation

Step 1

cook noodles rinse and drain. drain salmon reserving liquid, add enough liquid to make 1/3 c. bone skin and flake salmon... set aside. combine soup dry milk sour cream salmon liquid. Add seasonings mix well stir pasta, 1 c. cheese, peas, salmon and pimento put in 1 1/2qt. casserole.

Bake 20 min. remove from oven and sprinkle onions and remaining cheese and bake 10 min longer


Bake 350 degrees
