Ingredients
- 2 cans (15.5 oz. each) Chili Hot Beans
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) Diced Tomatoes
- 4 Tbsp. Rich & Tangy Ketchup
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 packet (1.25 oz.) Chili Seasoning
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 2 tsp. sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix beef, pork, egg, milk, and 3 tsp. Chili Seasoning. Form into 1" balls and brown in 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil. Combine remaining ingredients (including remaining Chili Seasoning) in Dutch oven and bring to boil. Add meatballs. Cover and reduce heat. Cook slowly for 1-1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Notes: Beef and pork meatballs make this recipe unique. Slow cooking results in a rich blending of flavors.
