Ingredients
- 12 oz. fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 oz. red onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic EVOO
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Maruso® Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. almond slivers

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat 8" skillet over medium heat high heat and dry roast almonds for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently, allow to cool.
2. Steam the green beans in a steamer, or small amount of water, covered for 4 minutes or until tender crisp.
3. Transfer beans to a colander and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking. Drain well and dry on a paper towel.
4. In a medium bowl, toss the beans with the onion, olive oil, vinegar and soy sauce, blending thoroughly. Sprinkle with the almonds just before serving. Serve warm or room temperature
