Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (2-3 lbs.)
- 3 Tbsp. Rosemary or Garlic EVOO, divided (either is delicious)
- 3 Tbsp. Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- 1-2 tsp. Love That Mediterranean Blend Spice
- Fresh carrots
- Cubed potatoes
- Fresh green beans

Preparation
Step 1
1. Drizzle 1 Tbsp. of the Rosemary or Garlic EVOO in the bottom of the crock pot, and place the pork tenderloin, potatoes, carrots and green beans in it (can use a roasting oven, crock pot or Dutch oven).
2. Drizzle remaining Rosemary or Garlic EVOO and the Aged Balsamic over the meat and vegetables.
3. Sprinkle Love That Mediterranean Blend spice over pork and cover.
4. Cook on low heat (250-275F) for 4-6 hours. Allow to rest about 10 minutes before slicing pork
