Rigatoni Ham Bake

Ingredients
- 3 cups rigatoni
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, seperated
- 2 Tbs. butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup crushed potato chips
- paprika

Step 1
preheat oven to 350°
Cook rigatoni according to package, drain and rinse with hot water. In large bowl combine rigatoni, ham and 1 cup cheddar. In medium saucepan melt butter, and blend in flour salt and mustard. Add milk all at once. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly, about 1 minute. Combine sauce with pasta, and turn into a 2 quart casserole. Toss 1/2 cup cheddar with 1/2 cup crushed potato chips and put on top. Sprinkle with paprika.
bake 30 minutes
