Ingredients
- 3 oz unsweetened chocolate
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 T milk
- 1 t vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate in small saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly.
Cool
In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar, sour cream, and butter. Blend well.
Beat in cooled chocolate, milk, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
If frosting is too stiff, add 1-3 t milk.
If frosting is too soft, add 1-3 t powdered sugar.
*** Can make any flavor frosting by omitting the chocolate ***
