  • 2 Lb. Lean ground beef
  • 1 Pkg. Beefy onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 t. Garlic powder
  • 1/2 C. Egg beaters
  • 3/4 C. Plain dry bread crumbs
  • 3/4 C. Water
  • 1/3 C. Ketchup

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except ketchup, shape into loaf. Bake in a greased 9x13” pan, uncovered. Top with ketchup about half way through the cooking.
