- dressing:
- 1 bag lettuce
- 1 C dried cranberries
- 1/2 c caramelized pecans
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 5 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt

In a small bowl or cruet jar, mix all dressing ingredients until thoroughly combined. Place salad into a large salad bowl and toss together with dressing.
