Step 1

In a jar steep one jalapeno that has been poked with a knife and 1 1/3 c teguila at room temperature for 3 days. Strain the tequila into a large pitcher and discard the jalapeno. Stir in 1 c orange liqueur, 1 c fresh lime juice (10 limes) and 3 tbsp. superfine sugar. Salt the rim of a glass and fill with ice and pour in mixture.
