Ingredients
- 1 12-inch Pizza Crust
- 2 Tbsp. Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 package Mozzarella cheese, shredded (approximately 8 oz.)
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 6 eggs, scrambled and cooked enough to be partially set
- 1 tsp. Himalayan Sea Salt
- Fresh Basil, sliced (roll the fresh basil leaves, then slice)
- A good-sized pinch of Tuscan Herb Spice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 450̊F.
2. Brush pizza crust with olive oil. Top with cooked eggs. Add diced tomatoes over eggs. Sprinkle cheese over all. Sea Salt to taste. Add the fresh basil over all ingredients and sprinkle with the Italian herbs.
3. Bake 10-15 minutes on ungreased baking sheet. Allow to cool enough to set, slice and serve.
