  • 2 lbs. hash browns, thawed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • salt and pepper to taste
