  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 4-8 Slices of Ham
  • 4 Slices of Swiss Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board, and using a meat tenderizer flatten the chicken breasts to 1/4 inch in thickness. Place 1-2 slices of ham on each breast, then top with a slice of Swiss cheese.
Firmly roll the chicken breasts and season the outside with salt and pepper to taste. Place the chicken breasts in a Seal 'N Fresh bag and seal using the Seal 'N Fresh Vacuum Sealer.
Cook the Chicken Cordon Bleu in the AquaChef for 1 hour at 140°F. When the Chicken Cordon Bleu is done, remove from the Seal 'N Fresh bag and enjoy.
