Oven Baked Yukon Gold potatoes cut into wedges and baked for a wonderful side dish to compliment any dish!

Ingredients
- 4 large yukon gold potatoes, unpeeled
- Olive oil
- 1/2 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly grease a large rimmed baking sheet.
Scrub the potatoes, cut them into wedges. Place the potatoes on the prepared baking sheet pan. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and toss together so that the potatoes are lightly coated.
In a small bowl mix together the italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika. Sprinkle seasonings over potatoes and toss to evenly combine, making sure the potatoes are coated.
Bake the potatoes for 20 minutes, then flip the potatoes and cook for another 15 minutes.Bake until they are lightly browned, crisp outside, and tender inside. If desired sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
