Ingredients

  • 1 can cream mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic pepper or seasoned pepper
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In medium bowl combine soup, paprika and pepper.

Thinly slice potatoes, leaving the skins on.

In a 2 qt. oven proof dish arrange slices, overlapping them. I use the round fire king bowl, and arrange in spirals.

Sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes, and top with the soup mixture.

Cook, coverered with foil for 1 hour. Remove foil and cook another 10 minutes, or until tender.
