Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 3 lbs. ground beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 c. panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 TB brown sugar
- 2 TB white vinegar
- 2 TB yellow mustard
- 2 TB Aloha shoyu
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl; combine beef with remaining ingredients well. In 2 large baking dishes or 9x13-inch baking pan, shape into desired size loaves. In a mixing bowl; combine sauce ingredients. Pour over meatloaves. Bake 60-70 minutes basting occasionally. Serves 10-12.
