- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounce butter, at room temperature
- 5 ounce parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon roasted garlic
- Pinch 0f salt and pepper

Step 1
In a small saucepan melt butter with roasted garlic.
Whisk while slowly pouring in the heavy cream. Continue to whisk until everything is blended. Remove the saucepan from heat. Add and whisk in the cheese until the cheese is melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
