Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • soy sauce
  • rice vinegar
  • honey
  • chili paste (from jar)
  • Sriracha chili sauce
  • lime juce
  • pepper
  • chicken breast
  • flour/cornstarch
  • eggs - beaten
  • panko
  • schzeuan seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Soften/saute garlic and ginger in olive oil. Add splash of soy sauce and rice vinegar. Stir in honey, chili paste, and sriracha sauce. Heat until it reduces slightly and becomes sligthly thicker/sticky. Add lime juice to loosen up. Add pepper to taste.

Pre-heat oven to 400.

Dip chicken tenders in flour/cornstarch, then egg mixture, then seasoned panko. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking oil. Spray chicken with cooking oil.

Bake for about 7 minutes, turn chicken strips over and bake for another 4 minutes or until done.

Toss chicken in Honey Srirach sauce in large bowl. Top with chopped green onions and cilantro.

Serve with Pepper Blue Cheese Dressing and celery.
