Pound Cake (Makes 1 Loaf )

Ingredients

• 2 Sticks Butter,
• Softened
• 2 C Sugar
• 4 Eggs
• 1 C Milk
• 3 C Flour,
• Sifted
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Bake 350º Loaf pan-1 hour
Heat oven; In medium bowl
sift the flour, then sift
it again with baking powder
and salt; set aside. In mixer
bowl beat the butter and sugar.
Add eggs 1 at a time mixing
good after each addition.
Add flour and blend, add milk
and vanilla; mix well.
Bake. Do not over bake.
