Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbls. granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbls. minced onion
  • 1 Tbls. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 med. potatoes - shredded
  • 2 Tbls. all-purpose flour

Preparation

Step 1

Serves:

-Beat flour, milk, eggs, sugar, onion, parsley, salt, and baking powder
until smooth.

-Stir potatoes and flour into mixture.

-Fry 1/4 cup at a time in skillet for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes per side.

Serve with butter and salt and pepper.
