• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 c Romano cheese
• 1/2 c Mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 c sour cream
• 1 1/2 c artichokes chopped
• 1 tsp garlic
• 1 tsp basil
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
• 3/4 c spinach
