Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 medium clove garlic minced
- 1 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 10 3/4 oz. can condensed tomato soup
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven 350 degrees
cook pasta
in large skillet brown beef, sauté onions,green peppers,garlic.
stir soups and water into skillet with meat.
add pasta
add 1/2 of cheese
mix together well.
spread into greased 9x13 baking dish or 2qt casserole.
top with remaining cheese
bake 20-30 min. until hot and cheese melted
