Ingredients
- 3 lbs potatoes
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 1/3 Cup vinegar
- 2/3 Cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbl sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes with skins on, then peel. Slice and fry bacon, reserving fat.
Mix together vinegar, water, salt and sugar, pour into bacon and fat with potatoes. Add raw, chopped onion and pepper to taste.
