Ingredients
- 1 C milk
- 2 T melted butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 lemon, juice & rind
- 1 C sugar
- 2 T flour
- 2 egg whites

Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar. Add egg yolks and milk; stir smooth. Add lemon and stiffly beaten egg. Last, put in unbaked crust. Bake 450° for 15 minutes then turn over to 350° for another 20 minutes or until done.
