Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken cut up into bite size pieces
- 1 lb bow tie pasta
- 1 onion minced
- 2-3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 pints grape tomatos
- Asparagus chopped(1bunch)
- Sliced mushrooms (1 pack
- Chicken broth
- White wine
- Evoo
- Garlic powder
- White pepper
- Salt and pepper
- Spice For chicken
- 1 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley(or 1/3 that dry)
- 1 tsp each of salt, garlic powder, paprika

Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil water. Add pasta. Reserve pasta water in mug before draining
2. Place chicken spices in a bag and add chicken. Shake until chicken is well coated.
3. Place skillet on high heat with evoo
5. Cook chicken until brown, about 4 minutes (or medium heat for longer)
6. Take chicken out of pan and cover with foil. Add more evoo and add onion. Cook for about 5 minutes until soft.
7. Add garlic for A couple of minutes more than add tomatos. Cover stirring occasionally until tomato starts to burst, about 6-7 minutes. Use potato masher.
8. Add white wine, broth , garlic powder, salt and white pepper to taste. Add veggies. Cook veggies in sauce for a few minutes. Toss with chicken and pasta. Be sure to have a nice amount of sauce. This must coat chicken and pasta. Layer in pan, pasta, parm Regiano cheese, pasta, cheese layering until done. Top with cheese. Serve
