Ingredients
- 2 t veg oil, divided
- 1/2 C each chopped onion and chopped carrots
- 1/2 C peas
- 1/2 C pineapple, diced
- 1/2 C ham
- 2 C cooked rice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 T oyster sauce
- 1 t soy sauce
- 1/2 pineapple, cut lengthwise and hollowed out.
- 1/4 C shrimp

Preparation
Step 1
Add 1t oil to pan. Sauce onion and carrots. Add peas, pineapple, and meat and cook 1 min. Add rice and seasonings. Pour fried rice into pineapple shell. Add oil to pan and sauce shrimp. Salt to taste. Top rice with shrimp.
