Ingredients
- 1 lb beef chuck , cubed
- 1 green pepper
- 2 T flour
- 2 large tomatoes
- 4 potatoes
- 4 c pumpkin, peeled and cubed
- 1 pkg frozen corn
- 2 T oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 c beef broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 T sugar

Step 1
1. Thoroughly brown meat and set aside. Saute' onion, pepper. Return meat to pan. Combine flour with 1/2 c broth and stir to mix. Add to pan with remaining broth.
2. Add potatoes and seasoning and bring to boil. Reduce to simmer, covered 30 minutes. Add pumpkin and tomatoes and cook until tender (20 minutes?)
3. Add corn and cook until heated through and all is tender.
