Hoisin Shrimp with Broccoli and Cashews

Ingredients
- 20 large shrimp, peeled and cleaned
- 2 tsp salt and pepper
- 2 cup fresh broccoli
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 8 tsp hoisin sauce
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 12 tsp warm water

Step 1
Heat a large size skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle salt and pepper over shrimp, Add shrimp to skillet. Cook shrimp for 3 minutes one side, flip, add broccoli and cook for additional 3 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame seed oil, honey and warm water. Add the cashews and sauce to skillet, stir to combine and simmer 2-3 minutes. Sauce should start to thicken. Remove from heat, let stand for 2 minutes, then stir and serve.
