Ingredients
- 1 can cannellini beans drained and rinsed
- vegenaise (vegan mayo bought at health food stores)
- 1-2 stalks of celery sliced (leave the leaves on they are good for you and don’t taste bad either)
- 1-2 green onions sliced
- dill relish
- whole wheat bread
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Smash the beans up with a fork until smooth. Mix in about 1-2 tablespoons of vegenaise to desired consistency, veggies and a squirt or two of dill relish. Add a small amount of salt (remember the beans were soaking in a salt solution and you don’t want too much salt) and pepper. Mix and spread onto a slice of whole wheat bread and top with the other piece of bread.
