Pressure Cooker Chicken Noodles

We made this in a 6 quart pot. Do not use a smaller size pot or it will likely boil over.
Since the broth has a lot of salt in it, you may want to salt lightly to begin with and then adjust your seasoning at the end of cooking as needed.
If you use another form of chicken other than the chicken tenders, you will likely need to adjust your cooking time.
There is a lot of broth in this dish so do NOT use quick release.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs Chicken Breast Tenderloins
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoons Poultry Seasoning
  • 8 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 lb 8 oz frozen egg noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Add tenders to a 6 quart electric pressure cooker or Instant Pot.
Season with Salt (lightly), Pepper and Poultry Seasoning.
Add broth, noodles and stir.
Cook on manual on high pressure for 5 minutes and use natural release, making sure the warming feature is turned off. (DO NOT use quick release.)
Stir well and add additional seasoning as needed.
