Ingredients
- 1 lb meat (bite sized)
- 2 Cloves garlic minced 1 medium onion diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1 cup beef/chicken bullion
- 3-6 table spoons Patakas Massala paste or 1/3 cup Massala powder
- 1/2 can tomato paste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the meat
Saute the onion and garlic
Add tomato, curry and simmer for 2 hours.
Serve with rice.
Improves with freezing and age
