- 4 to 5 lb filet
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper

Step 1
soften butter in you hand and cove beef. Salt and pepper filet
Bake @ 500 degrees for 25 min (NO LONGER)
Take out wrap in foil and let sit for 20 min.
