Ingredients

  • CAKE:

  • 3/4

    cup oil

  • 1 3/4

    cup sugar

  • 1/4

    cup brown sugar

  • 4

    eggs

  • 1/2

    cup orange juice

  • 1/4

    cup coffee creamer

  • 1

    instant vanilla pudding

  • 3

    tsp. baking powder

  • 2 1/2

    cups flour

  • 1/2

    cup caramel chips,melted

  • GANACHE:

  • 1/4

    cup whip topping

  • caramel chips

Directions

1. Cream the oil and sugars.Add eggs,one at a time. Add orange juice and creamer. Mix all dry ingredients together and add slowly. Mix well. Add in melted chips. Mix until just incorporated. 2. Bake on 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. 3. Let cool. Heat the whip till it boils. Remove from flame and add caramel chips. Pour over cooled cake.
