Strawberry-Rhubarb Jam

Got this from May Crisman. She and Norman lived at the farm in front of our house in Hope. Norman was an old friend of my father's. May always canned and this recipe was unique and tasty.

Ingredients
- 5 cups chopped rhubarb
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 can 16 oz. crushed pineapple
- 1 package strawberry jello
Details
Servings 8
Preparation
Step 1
Boil rhubarb, sugar and pineapple for 20 minutes.
Remove from stove and stir in 1 package strawberry jello.
Put in hot jars and seal.
Makes about 5-6 jars.
