Zucchini Pie

Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups sliced zucchini
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cups onion chopped
- 1 1/2 cloves of garlic chopped
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 cups bisquick
- 3/4 cups grated cheese (parmesan)

Preparation
Step 1
grease a 9 " pie pan
beat eggs in large bowl
add all ingredients except zucchini
mix
add sliced zucchini and pour into pie pan
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, until knife inserted near middle comes out clean.
