  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 small onion sliced
  • 1 cucumber peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of ice water
