Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

This is another recipe that I got from Arlene Bullock. Easy and tasty.

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 4 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 cup water with 2 tsp. baking soda
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

heat oven to 350 degrees

mix by hand:

1 cup sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa

add 1 cup water nixed with 2 tsp. baking soda

add 2 cups flour, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 cup mayo

spread in an 8" square pan, not greased

bake for about 40 minutes, until toothpick stuck in middle comes out clean.
