COOK MACARONI AS DIRECTED. MAKE WHITE SAUCE (MELT BUTTER IN SAUCE PAN ON LOW HEAT. ADD FLOUR, SALT AND PEPPER. COOK TILL BUBBLY, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. ADD MILK, BRING TO A BOIL STIRRING CONSTANTLY, AND BOIL 1 MINUET) BUTTER A CASSEROLE DISH. PUT IN ABOUT 4 CUPS OF MACARONI, THEN SPRINKLE WITH CRISP BACON. THEN LOTS OF CHEESE AND THEN SAUCE. REPEAT AND END WITH CHEESE AND BACON ON TOP. BAKE FOR 45 MINUETS AT 350
